I really like #EarTrumpet, and am glad to see improvements in #windows11 in this regard.

The other utility that I can't do without is #AudioSwitcher, because it doesn't just do output, but helps manage input devices as well.

I have 3 microphones on my workstation, and switch between them depending on my use case (gaming, recording, conference calls).

#eartrumpet #volume control uninstalled; the creators ignored my voice upon #telemetry log which you cant disable (you can only block the executable in firewall from making outgoing connections); instead, they provided a link to a log file on disk to show their honest intentions that they dont suck any data beside the necessary one.
