Running gear check since #defcon31 is a month away!

Interested in doing the #DEFCON4x5k at #defcon? Make sure to have a pair of kicks that aren't worn out (<400 miles) to help avoid injuries like shin splints!

The sun will be up too during the run so consider bringing sunscreen and something like a water bottle!
