Just when you thought that those academicians are living inside *their* own bubble 💦🫧 have you ever heard about that #TriDharma at university level?! - how I respond to those who think it's okay to have journalists/veteran news anchors as #debatemoderator while the panelists' roles, many of whom are academicians/practitioners (those with PhDs/masters degree earned from local reputable/international universities), are limited because of the format applied

Which is why I'm so against the notion that JOURNALISTS/ANYONE FROM THE MEDIA INDUSTRY should be picked again as the #debatemoderator. Had the moderator had the relevant expertise/educational background with the debate's theme, the situation just would have had been better. Please don't take my statement as a means of waging war towards journalism in general, it's just my expression of dissapointment on how the debate format is implemented thus far 🫠🙃
