Oh my god, I think I've found *the* tool to free me from the purgatory that is `jq`: Dasel.

Its syntax is much saner than jq's and it even allows to manipulate YAML, TOML, XML and CSV in addition to JSON ❤️

... now the syntax of the command is not correct anymore because brew installed 2.0 instead of 1.x

should have used a version with brew install 😁
