I promise we didn't mean to talk about knives so much... OK, just listen to the show and you'll see why knives get such a prominent spot this week.  I met Sam Riggins of Cosmic Eye Brewing on a knife forum.  (Shout out to to the Spyderco Millie, PM2, Para3 Club!)
