Let's see how it goes this time but so far it's pretty nice.
Jorge SoaresCosmic desktop is looking good, I have to confess that I didn't had my hopes up and I still believe that this is a major endeavor and can take time until it reaches the level of maturity of other DE's, but hope System 76 keeps up the good work and that the community embraces it, because I'm getting hyped 😅​
KDE is an extraordinary DE, but not perfect, GTK based DE's are a bit of a mess (a bit of an hyperbole) at the moment with the transition from GTK3 to GTK4, Bugdie is going a different route migrating from GTK to EFL from Enlightenment, but Solus and Budgie have caused me so much heartache (again an hyperbole) in the last years that I really don't want to get my hopes up, so an alternative that is being developed by System76, will ship by default with one of the most popular distros and is, imho, beautiful will have a positive impact. I didn't mentioned Unity because I have not used it since it was the default in Ubuntu, but it seems to be rising from the ashes in recent times.
