The Province has gutted Halifax of powers to do anything, one hopes this legal attack will draw attention Halifax citizry's losses of rights, consultation and democracy.
In a better timeline the courtcase would bring down both levels of government, but good luck at bringing attention to the degradation of government and democracy in Nova Scotia.
