I had a long chat with the co-founder of this new Portuguese startup company developing a new coffee siphon, paying homage to the historical siphons, going back to the first ever Pyrex Silex siphons of 1917. It looks very interesting and I cannot wait to get them for testing on CoffeeGeek next year.
