A restored timber hermitage, created in C18 at Painshill Park, Cobham, Surrey, England. Once landowners would pay men to live as hermits in these decorative huts , to be unshaven and nonspeaking, for the entertainment of the landowner's visitors! At this specific one, the paid employee lasted a week or so before hastening to the local pub. April 2025.

I’ve honestly never heard a system quite like it outside of a car show, and definitely never in such a small car. Proper carnival bass hit me in the chest as I stepped out of the petrol station.
