If true, any prospect of meaningful progress on climate change at COP28 is surely holed beneath the waterline.

And remember, Canada's179 billion barrels of oil, (and all oil) costs what it costs when you buy it,
plus 25 billion in extra pipeline costs,
PLUS an extra 49 trillion dollars to take it out of the atmosphere,
plus the billions in climate collapse damages, like 13 million hectares of forest burning.
Maybe its time to end this farce.
