đđšđ§ đđđ«đ đđ«By way of background, we have a resident #skunk who got into the habit of popping in to the house through the #cat door and chowing down on cat food. We replaced the cat door with a SureFlap chip-sensitive one, the so-called "single scan" model that swings freely in the outward direction but only opens in the inward direction when an animal with a recognized microchip tries to enter. The skunk promptly figured out how to get in by pulling the door flap outward from the outside with her paw and sticking her nose underneath it. So yesterday, we replaced the door AGAIN with a SureFlap DualScan, which requires the microchip in both directions. Here's a little critter-cam video of what happened last night.
