Well... day 4 of my #ButtWorkout plan. I don't really post about this because I don't really need to and I probably sound vane considering I'm a man, but I'm working to build mine out. honestly has been pretty great so far, yeah it hurts, but it also feels pretty good to have a routine for this now. I want to look less like a mage and this is one of the biggest ways to start I feel like. Best part is, my brothers don't even notice that I'm doing it and wouldn't know about it if not for this post. Am I weird? Probably, but at the same time, I definitely want that confidence boost for myself and I'm starting with this as its already the best part of my body and I want to improve on it a hell of a lot, plus there are a lot of benefits to doing so, not the least of which is preventing myself from not being able to walk again which is something I've already had to relearn 3 times in my life, and I'd much rather avoid that.
