Turns out it's at 35th Street, and the "What's Happening Here" flyer just says "between 35th St. and 43rd St."

That's good, because we need #BusBulb on the eastbound stops at Aviation, 39th and 41st. It's dangerous to ride a bike around the buses, but more importantly: anyone who's ridden an outbound bus through there knows that inconsiderate people stop their cars in the bus stops way too often, and if there's traffic the buses get delayed pulling out into the main lanes!

The presentation for the Queens Boulevard bike lane in Sunnyside said there were plans for two #bus boarding islands; if anyone has seen the other one, please put it in the replies!

Adams Has Proposed Just 7 Miles of Bus Lanes This Year — Less Than 1/4 of Requirement - Streetsblog New York City

The Department of Transportation has presented just seven miles of bus priority lanes — though the agency claims more is coming.

Classic #NYC dysfunction:

CM Brooks-Powers complains about DOT not getting the bike lanes and bus lanes done while at the same time blocking those very projects.

Brooks-Powers and DOT Exchange Testiness Over Agency's Alleged 'Master Plan' Shortfalls - Streetsblog New York City

So, DOT, how many bus and bike lane miles HAVE you built so far this year?

5th avenue, McGuiness Boulevard, and Fordham road were set for pedestrian, cycling, transit, and/or safety improvements and all were cancelled after wealthy donors complained.

And NYC is supposed to be the city of yes? More like the city of pay to play.
