Is us just me always having problems with customer facing IT infrastructures?
For example, #bmwconnecteddrive does not allow me to download my purchased offline navigation map data update (it worked once after I bought the subscrption) just weeks before subscription ends. getting an email from support every 5 working days that they haven't figured the problem... #bmw
