- del que no me envían factura
- que corresponde al envío de dos burofaxes que no se han entregado

¿Cómo reclamo esto? ¿Pago primero y me peleo después?

[Edit] Me han enviado las facturas y los "burofaxes" como adjuntos por email.

Creo que lo más razonable para evitar males mayores es pagar primero y reclamar después.
