Well, I’m just waiting for his hat now. I gave him some hair tonight, not that anyone is going to see his hair under his hat, but I like knowing it’s there. I now have so much glue on my fingers that I can’t type properly, because my phone won’t register most of my fingerfingertips. that’s the breaks of crafting, I guess.

Not great but just got started with the color. I’m weary so packing it in for tonight.

I also see I need to add some more clay to his jaw. Since I resculpted Brendan’s nose four times, this is on target for me. :)

Well, I got Beni’s whole head covered in clay now. I’ll be shaping it a bit more once this dries, and I think sculpting the shortest hair. He’s going to have a hat over most of it but not all. I just liked the idea of being able to take off his hat.

Roughing out Beni tonight. I’ll let this dry and tomorrow before work I should be able to give him his lower lip and more chin.

I took the nose and mouth off the styrofoam head because Beni’s nose and mouth were never going to align with the preformed ones. #themummy #benigabor
