If you're too young to remember much about Harry Belafonte, I'll share this. 50 Years ago, more or less, Belafonte played 10 shows over ten nights at the old O'Keefe Center in Toronto. That would be sold-out shows. Two weeks at the same venue, something you'd never think of now. That's how big he was. He also helped other performers by introducing them at his shows.
