I tested the ATU-100 EXT. I noticed that the PWR and SWR meters aren't quite accurate. The PWR meter, in particular, is usually 30 watts too low.

I need to tweak some cells* in the PIC16F1938 in my #atu100 so that I can re-wind the TX sense transformer to work with fewer watts but still have an accurate power meter. But I don't want to spend more than the cost of the tuner on a #PIC programmer... But all of the non-PICKit diy programmers don't list the 1938 as supported hardware, except the ones where the programmer itself is PIC-based, a catch-22.
