Time for another #ArtisansCooperative feature! Today it's Moon Raven Designs, a metal worker based in British Columbia, Canada, specializing in unique jewellery pieces. Everything from hummingbirds to serpents to skulls to bumblebees.

I'm on the Tech team at @coopartisans , and I love the meetings.

• We report what we've accomplished, for a general yay! moment.
• We discuss any business from last week that needed followup. Often that involves moving some things to the Accomplished section, for more "yay!" Sometimes it involves brief voicing of frustrations, to which everyone is inclined to be both sympathetic, and figure out if there's anything that can be done.
• We discuss new business, and decide what the next steps are, and who can do them.
  
• If there's time, we can ask each other "Does anyone know (wahatever)?", and/or try to do joint troubleshooting.
• We adjourn.

Meetings are not required to start with small talk, and so far we've never failed to get through an agenda. Unlike the vast majority of other meetings I come out energized & focused, not drained and scatter-brained.

Oh, and if I'm having a bad brain day and parsing mouth noises is getting stressful, I can bow out without any guilt. Everyone understands, and will just send me a message if they need to ask something or there's something I need to know.

All year, I'm featuring #ArtisansCooperative artists! Today, I'm sharing the exquisite work of ThronesWoven, an Indigenous #Canadian creator weaving dreamcatchers. I asked my parents for one after seeing them at a cultural exhibit when I was young; as an anxious child, it offered night-time reassurance, and it hung in my room for many years. As an adult, I now see the love and care put into the weaving--a powerful form of protection itself.
