All year, I'm featuring #ArtisansCooperative artists! Today, I'm sharing the exquisite work of ThronesWoven, an Indigenous #Canadian creator weaving dreamcatchers. I asked my parents for one after seeing them at a cultural exhibit when I was young; as an anxious child, it offered night-time reassurance, and it hung in my room for many years. As an adult, I now see the love and care put into the weaving--a powerful form of protection itself.

Can I just take a moment to share these awesome knitted beanies by JoansGarden at @coopartisans? These listings are for patterns, but the creator says they'll be happy to make a custom finished version of any of them upon request.
