Update:
SSD arrived, installed revios windows 10, dual boot with grub done.
But guess what.
The version I had on my ventoy stick was an outdated version of windows 10 revios, and when updated IT INSTALLED EDGE AND ENABLE TELEMETRY.
So I decided to reinstall windows (11 this time), I went on the revios site and HOW LUCKY revios download links are disabled for some reason.
Now I think I will just install a windows 11 standard copy and debloat it.
