#appledts tips 3/3

I followed up with one more question which was never answered ~8 working days later

They did mention that the old limit of 2 DTS's / year has been lifted. It was still worth doing the request because I did get answers, whereas just submitting to the forum may not.

One other tidbit to search for your posts - the format is user:name (no space) It does show you this (& others) sometimes when you click in the search field.

Best of luck!

because I had a reference to a link - don't do that

Also entering code is tricky - I found the ``` delimited “code block” works best if you enter some spaces before pasting code

5 working days later I got an answer to a couple of my questions, and an answer my main question - that I didn't quite understand

I followed up the same day with asking for clarification and succeeded it uploading my example code

2 days later I got a much more complete answer to my main question.

In the past I've been so bad about using my #AppleDTS support incidents, thinking I need to hold them in reserve, and ultimately losing them. So I'm trying to make more use of them.

But I’ve been going round and round for weeks with DTS on this stupid SwiftUI sizing issue, which honestly is just BUGGY BUGGY BUGGY SwiftUI, but the agent is missing the point, being condescending, and ultimately not helping.

I wish an engineer on the SwiftUI team could help me with this.
