To check how many wolverines there are, do you remove all trapping limits, allowing trappers to catch as many wolverines as they'd like?

This is UCP logic. They're removing all trapping limits on fisher, Canada lynx, river otter, and wolverine, ostensibly to get more data on how many there are.
