Had #physiotherapy and #acupunture today. Both help with what they're supposed to, but the day is basically over afterwards. Can't really walk safe and the acupunture (back) makes me want to sleep for the rest of the day. The next three days are great though. Almost pain free and legs are in fresh shape.
