I am literally crying from exhaustion after:
- going to the toilet
- dealing with things stemming from my chronic illness flareup
- making instant ramen, the first thing I'm gonna eat today, at 4:30pm

Have not managed to eat yet. Not having Things™ is bad enough on my good days but it makes bad days hell. No spoons →no eating → even less spoons.

It would be SO EASY to escape this vicious cycle with just some basic necessities! Fundraising for cutlery, pots, beds, bedding, chairs, shower chair, washing machine.

Because currently me and roomie Dion have:
- no non-painful place to lie or sit (standing and walking only barely possible and taking a toll)
- only one spork and a teaspoon, for two people, only two bowls, only a small camping pot to cook with → having to cook double and having to wash up by hand before every bite to eat, which requires standing
- everything is dirty and dusty from being on the floor
- literally EVERYTHING costs way more spoons than it has to: getting up from the floor instead of a bed, sitting on an uncomfortable cube instead of a proper chair, having to figure out how to fuel my body with barely any and badly suited pots, dishes, cutlery, having to do laundry by hand in the sink (or not at all)
- never having ANY privacy as me and @DionRa are forced to share our sole mattress on the floor, even though we are NOT a couple

Hi, I am Aurin, ki/ki/kis. I am almost 40yo now and have been abused all my life.

During the last couple of years, I have had to flee from a rapist roommate into homelessness, stayed at a shelter for half a year, then took the first flat that would have me. I thought anything would be better than homelessness, but I soon felt the pressure of harassment from nazi neighbours and building manager.

After 2 horrible years there, I finally took the leap of faith and together with my roommate @DionRa I moved countries. There is no better escape than leaving the entire country of everyone who has raped and traumatised me behind. I had literally no one left there anyway - abuse isolates.

I feel much better and freer here! I moved to the middle of nowhere, Finland. It is calm and peaceful. But I only love it because I am burned by people, not because my natural personality is "hermit".

I left most of my few possessions behind, both because moving stuff to a different country is expensive and also because most of it was given to me by past abusers.

I am not even asking to replace all of that, just for help getting the necessities to just LIVE, free from abuse for the first time in my life.

The place I moved to is cheap, and came unfurnished. We need help for winter clothes (it's been below freezing for weeks already), chairs, desks, computers and basics like that. Desks, chairs and computers would FINALLY enable both of us to make our own money, not have to beg anymore (it's really fucking me up a lot) and most importantly be able to give back to others in need!

Any help, retoots, reposts etc are muchly appreciated!!! 💞
