Just get i.e. a #A7s2 and some mount adaptors to put on vintage glass...

A lot of movies suffer from the unwillingness to use B&W with a color filter transfer: Contrast is basically nonexistant and unbearable to watch even in hardware-calibrated displays like a LG 31MU97. good AMOLED or even a Christie Cinema Projector [tho maybe that's also due to the fact that material hasn't been rescanned]...

Still: Early Technicolor really required absurd amounts of lighting.

Compared to that the #GH5 is a nightshot-cam like the #a7S2...
