On Development: Local strategies, national threats
Tonight's #ZoneIN hearing: "This hearing will focus on summarizing the public feedback that was given during the 60-day comment period. Any amendments to the proposed code and map will be the subject of a future public hearing to be announced at a later date."

Interesting note in last night's hearing: https://youtu.be/WyjJW629mz0?t=2567
The City is proposing to review parking impacts for _all_ new developments, not just ones with variances. This will be set up in a new legislative proposal, advanced in parallel with the zoning code. Mitigations include things like mobility programs or parking management fees, for developments with a large parking impact.
Tomorrow at 5:30 p.m., Columbus City Council will hold their second hearing on the City's proposed zoning code update.
(There is one other hearing, but that's after the City makes revisions to the proposal in response to public comment.)
