Song Review: Yukari Tamura – “Camellia”

In January 2026, Japanese voice actress Yukari Tamura released “Camellia,” which is being used as the ending theme for the Winter 2026 anime, The Holy Grail of Eris.

I was very surprised to learn that Myamu, the feisty tsundere catgirl in Waccha PriMagi!, is not voiced by Chiwa Saito, who is often cast in those kinds of roles.

The one who does play Myamu, Riko Koike, uses a voice which sounds a bit like Saito’s, so I was surprised when I didn’t see Saito’s name in the credits. Now that I know, I can still hear shades of Saito in her portrayal, and maybe even a bit of Yukari Tamura.

In any case, Koike’s voice fits Myamu perfectly, getting the tsundere delivery just right.
