The quizzes will appear on the app homepage and test users' understanding of subjects covered in recently watched videos. A link to the video will be provided for users to learn more about the topic. The experiment is currently rolling out to a small percentage of iOS and Android users who have watched select educational and English language videos. YouTube is also testing a lock screen feature that disables touch input while watching videos.
