To obtain a refund, cut the black fabric mesh bag off the upper rail, cut the black safety strap in half, and write “RECALLED” on both the upper and lower rails with a permanent marker. Then take a photo of the marked bed rails and email it to the company at [email protected]. After submitting the photo, disposed of the bed rails according to state and local waste disposal procedures.
