But... This is what happened on my birthday. The blue car, my parents were in that, with their dog. The motor hit their car, as my dad tried to turn to the highway ramp. Dad was in the wrong, but we/I don't know yet how this could have gotten wrong so badly...
I will try to keep sharing things here as I usually do, but I may be less responsive, as I'm still struggling with all sorts of emotions. I wrote a Toot about it here:

So yeah... I really hope that the motor driver will be able to recover fully... I don't think dad could live on, battling his demons, while also knowing that he may have caused everlasting harm... Ugh...

Ello everyone! My birthday ducked!! Yeah auto correct, there were many ducks involved... 🤔 Well, you get what I mean, I guess... The day started out well. Went to the gym, had a small walk with Arwen, worked on my blog, worked in the garden... My parents came and all was good. They left to go home and I wanted to relax. So... I was just on the couch and... Mum called me.... I thought that they had forgotten something. But nope. If I could pick up Bas (their little Wiener dog), as they had been in a bad accident... What?!? 😵 Mum told me where they were and I drove there. What I saw.... Well, it's shocked me loads.... There was a very sweet woman who was with my parents (she was just a bystander) and she was super nice and calm. And I felt I could trust her with my parents. So I released Bas, checked him out, and I took him home. I visited the neighbor, as I needed to get it off my chest, and I needed to tell her that I had Basje, so we could not walk together later on. Bas had just eaten a bit, and then mum texted me that they were ready to be picked up. So, I took Bas and we headed there. I picked them up, and had to drive the long way home, as the highway was closed off due to their car and the bike being there for research. I helped mum to get the glass off her. She had it everywhere. And when I couldn't help anymore, I headed back home. I was all shook up. And so tired.... I had a short night with some weird dreams. I still feel off. So... I will probably lurk here some... I may like and boost.
