Problems I wasn't warned about growing up that are a huge problem.
1: Arguing about an unexpected item in the bagging area
2: Remembering passwords
3: Existential dread about the end of humanity
Things I've learnt in my employment history.
1: Efficient workers get punished with more work & no extra pay
2: Loyalty gets punished with no extra pay or job security
3: Workers who care about improving the company over profits, will be gotten rid of
4: The loftier the job title, the lower the work level and the higher the pay
5:HR exists to protect the company not the employees
6: If you're passionate about your work, you're treated as if it's a privilege to work there
