‘Grossly intoxicated’ and ‘staggering’ kayakers issued tickets: Lake Country RCMP

A report of two "grossly intoxicated" men was made to police Aug. 5, after a complainant claimed they saw one of the men passed out in a kayak and they had to bring him to shore.
