Someone started talking about Open Computers and Luanti, and I remembered the esthetics of Wiremod and Garry's mod, for whatever reason. This is gotta be the best visual programming that I interacted with so far!

Sure, it's far from being efficient and introduces extra steps like: moving player, making another physics gun mischief, routing wires and etc. But this is just what delivers, you know. The "extra steps" that manager brain hemisphere hates. Other hemisphere actually enjoys them: there are just so many ways to do something "wrong", bent or twisted. It's the kind of fun you won't get from a videogame like Shenzhen I/O (contrarily, where you have to optimize resources).

Would be nice to weld things together, put wires, create "super cool teleportation booth" with an absurd amount of peripherals with screens and buttons. However, I don't discount the thought of nostalgia at play.

Oh my, so much is happenning. Takes me back to #GarrysMod era and #Wiremod. And then imagine doing #Blockly in #metaverse! 🀯😊
