Wilson Street in central Glasgow is home to a series of imposing 1930s Art Deco style warehouses, giving it a feel unlike almost any other street in Glasgow. Such Art Deco buildings were amongst the last to commonly feature the red sandstone which became a key feature of city's architecture from around 1890 onwards.
