TIL: The #WhiteBicycle, nowadays used as a symbol for cyclists being killed by (car) traffic was originally an anarchistic way to get people to switch away from cars by the dutch Provo movement. A white bicycle was sort of public domain. Take it, ride it, put it out in public so the next person can take it too.
