The earliest evidence of the invention of the wheel pops up around 5,500 years ago in Uruk, ancient Mesopotamia, which has to go down as the most innovative society in human history. These guys, best we can tell, invented everything from cities, to maps, to sails, proverbs, aquariums, moral ideals…

And with big guns, comes big supermoves. 😅
I can now perform a "cyclone" in #Wheelman, which is that thing in action movies, where they flip the car around, drive backwards and fire at their pursuers. 😁
Shooting on foot on the other hand is really boring and monotonous.
The missions themselves are still interesting and play nicely with the toolset, but the story is immensely boring. No wonder I can't remember anything about it. 😬

I unlocked the "Airjack" in #Wheelman. 😁
I missed the opportunity to screenshot it, but the game also teased that I was going to be able to do "supermoves" like "the cyclone" with cars. 🤯
This game is incredibly arcadey and I'm all here for it.

I just installed it and it ran. No other steps necessary. 🙂
And hot damn, for the fact that you're an undercover cop, you do take out a hell of a lot of police cars in the opening mission. 😬
I haven't carjacked anything by jumping from car to car while driving -- yet -- but I've done some vehicular melee combat. This is however something that I **have** seen in other games, although I can't remember which one exactly.

Who here remembers #Wheelman with #VinDiesel? 😱
I haven't thought about this game, since it came out back in 2009, but after playing X-Men Origins Wolverine, this snuck back into my head.
The main connection is Unreal Engine 3, which btw. is a terrible fit for a driving game.
This game was really fucking ... _okay_. 😬 A 7/10 game if one ever existed.
But it had this cool mechanic, where you could jump between cars **while driving** which I haven't seen anywhere else.
