Letzter #Anime aus dem Sommer: "Welcome to the Outcast's Restaurant!" dreht sich um einen Krieger, der aus einer Abenteurergruppe ausgeschlossen wird und - da er eigentlich Koch gelernt hat - in einer kleinen Stadt eine Kneipe aufmacht. Die läuft dann dank seiner außergewöhnlich hohen Skills auch gut. Es kommen einigige weitere Charaktere hinzu, denen er jeweils in unterschiedlicher Weise zu Hilfe kommt.

Obwohl die Fantasy-Welt recht uninspiriert aufgebaut ist, einschließlich Rollenspiel-Levelsystem, hat mich die ungewöhnliche Situation des Protagonisten und die liebenswerten Charaktere, mit denen er sich umgibt, dann doch dabeibleiben lassen.

One more to finish the series. We finally get to see Vigo and Dennis fight.

The level 100 explanation "always within you" was meh, but what can you do?

Hoping for a happy conclusion of the story in the next one. Everything indicates they'll be fine.

Vigo is absolutely insane, so much so that his possibly mortally sick brother ran away from him.

I get his disdain for the noble lords, but they didn't treat him that badly. Or at least they didn't show this in the anime. You would imagine he would calm down after burning the mansion down.

Will we get a fight between Vigo and Dennis?

I expected something different, I thought the townfolk would have helped Dennis rebuild the restaurant rather than joining forces and going to war.

The reencounter with the master was a bit meh. Maybe they could try having feeling. Or if they have them, manifest them.

It was nice to see them go somewhere else besides the restaurant. Speaking of which, Dennis was very mature after seeing it going up in flames. I think he's right; it's better to move away and forget about this.

I have the feeling that it's not going to happen and that he'll have to fight his way out ⚔️

Dennis' backstory, at last! Although a lot is missing there, I want to know more.

Not going to lie, this episode was quite boring, full of politics we couldn't care less about, and no food pr0n.

This is a clear example of how living a simpler life makes you happier. Just forget the whole thing and go back to the restaurant.

The first non-dark episode we've had so far. Just harmless fun and comedy, plus the mandatory delicious food shots.

Dennis acting like his father was fun to watch. Protect her at all costs!

I did not understand (or maybe it wasn't explained) why the captain of the party kicked Dennis out. Was the captain forced to do it by someone else?
