Homemade no-mayo potato salad, green bean vinaigrette, and salsa verde
Instead of mayo to toss the salad (cubed potato, diced gherkins, diced egg white, diced cucumber, diced onion, I mashed hard cooked egg white, paprika, apple cider vinegar, EVOO, salsa verde, S&P, paprika, snd sazรณn completa.
I stir in some diced chicken and avocado right before serving.
