This is a lovely spring 😂
It's even getting a bit colder during some nights again.
You'd almost think it's autumn 🤔
Yup, complaining about the weather again. 😇
Let's hope that the rains will just be shorter ones...
I don't mind it being a wee less warm, but the rains... Ugh... Not a fan!
According to the weather app, this should be the last colder night for about a week. Yesterday it was 12°C when we walked, now it's 6°C, such a big difference... My hands definitely prefer the +10°C, but as you can see... Loads of rain predicted as well. So warmer hands... To hold the umbrella... 🤔

Warmer weather hopefully helps to ease some of my chronic pain. Wish there would be less humidity then as well.
Lets see how the next nightly walkies with my gall will go, for now, it's warm pants and a winter jacket.
We had two decent days for sure!
Today is colder but should be OK at least.
And then we're back to rain and more rain. And colder nights again.
I wanted to wash my winter jackets today but after seeing this... I'll wait just a wee bit longer. I fear I'll need them for my nightly walks to the gym and with Arwen.

Today is gonna be a crazy day, or so it seems...
Then back to wet but... It seems it slowly gets a bit warmer for a week at least...
Don't need the below 10°C nights anymore... But then, it's only the start of April... 😊

A few nice days are expected and... When, hopefully, Arwen can be free of the cone of shame again, they're expecting loads of rain.
I know she'll want to catch up with the sniffs so...

Some wet days are expected. But I also see some sun, that would be very welcome with all the grey days we'd been having...
Temperature in Celcius. Location is Cuijk, the Netherlands.
It's really a very cold wind. As in: it cuts through the fleece fabric of the hat I was wearing. Was glad with my headphone as they isolated my ears a bit.
In about an hour, Arwen and I go out for some walkies. Best dress warm!
And tomorrow, they say it will be even colder.
I *know* it's not cold compared to some other places. But hey, it's cold enough for me 😂 too cold even...
The weather where I am, in #Cuijk in the Netherlands.
Temperatures are in Celcius. Which means below 0 it's freezing.
The weather has a big influence on my health. My "best functioning weather type" is anything above 16°C, where it's not too humid. Above 26°C gets a bit warm, but my muscles do relax more as it gets warmer, meaning a little less pain.
I have hypermobility, Raynauds and Fibromyalgia. They all link, in a way, for me with the weather.
Below 10°C my pain gets worse. Between 10-16 I do ok enough, especially when the weather is more dry.
So the next few days I know I'll struggle more. I will have more pain, I'll be less mobile and have less energy. Still, trying to make the best of it. 😊
Any of you also find that the weather temperature and humidity affect your physical health (and possibly also the MH)?
So sorry if I may complain a bit more about pain the next few weeks. Winters are hard... 😔
