Apple needs to get back to hiring people “at the intersection of the arts and technology” & stop hiring people with Microsoft, PC, & Android credentials. Passionate people will always out perform those that have spent their life acquiring the “right” credentials. This includes everyone; developers, marketing & executives. All of Apple mis-steps for the past many years trace back to people that work there not fundamentally bought into Apple’s historical credos.
