As I said, it’s easy to feel lost in developments. If I counted correctly, there’s potential to spice up conflicts involving:

- Cyprus, involving Greece and Turkey
- the Kurds, also involving Turkey
- Afganistan and Pakistan
- Iraq
- Libanon
- Gaza (let’s not forget them!)
- Energy relying on gas and oil—waves enthusiastically to Gas-Ministry Reiche
