Russia pounds Kyiv with drones and hypersonic ballistic missile

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia used the powerful hypersonic Oreshnik ballistic missile in a mass attack on Kyiv. It marks the third time the missile, which is capable of carrying nuclear or conventional warheads, has been used in Ukraine. Russia struck the city of Bila Tserkva in Kyiv region with the missile, Zelenskyy said. The target was not immediately clear. Russia launched an intense missile and drone attack on Kyiv overnight, destroying or damaging buildings across the center of the Ukrainian capital. Local authorities report at least two people have been killed and over 83 have been wounded.
