I was once more invited to give a guest lecture at the Vienna University of Technology organized by the Institute Department of Geodesy and Geoinformation. The lecture is titled Projects in Development Aid and welcomes several researchers and implementers of projects in development. I have the privilege to open with the first lecture and I will give an Introduction to ICT4D. What is development? What is ICT4D? What works and what doesn’t illustrated with examples. You can attend by just showing up, you do not need to be a student nor register (if you do not want a certificate).
