There's like 1 million and one templates for thumbnailing webtoons but I've just started doing mine on storyboard manuscript pages.

The ratio of two 16:9 blocks on top of each other is a bit tighter vertically than the average webtoon "page", so it forces me to be careful about my vertical real estate.

I could also put the text off to the side but I just put it into the images this time because "eh".
