RSV là thủ phạm hàng đầu gây viêm tiểu phế quản ở trẻ <1 tuổi: 50–80% ca nhập viện do viêm tiểu phế quản, 30–40% do viêm phổi. Triệu chứng thường gặp: sổ mũi, ho, khò khè, thở nhanh, sốt. Cảnh báo cần đi khám ngay: khó thở, rút lõm ngực, bú kém/li bì, tím môi/da. Today’s flight - FR743, GCFV - LOWW (Fuerteventura to Vienna). First Approach on #VATSIM. Thanks to the #VACC #ATC doing LOWW-APP, guiding me into the ILS approach when I botched it on the first try.

There’s been two instances so far on VATSIM, where I was close to logging off due to mistakes I made. Both times other pilots or ATC encouraged me to stay online and try. Both times I landed safely.

Just a shoutout to not be afraid of VATSIM. Be respectful. And you’ll be respected.
