JillZ@PeterCassizzi #RobWittman has been re-elected to Congress for 8 terms now. He’s perfected this grift & his district was recently redrawn in a manor that will probably keep him secure for the next decade as well. As a resident of #VA1 for 20 years, I am crestfallen that my fellow constituents continue fall for his schtick, and that they overlooked his willingness to just go along with Green Bay Sweep/false electors coup plot. He also has introduced personhood bills to Congress.
@daveahlman @QasimRashid I envy everyone who gets to make this decision! To have a dearth of devoted Dems from which to choose seems like a good problem to have! And to know the primary winner will likely go on to handily win over whatever candidate Republicans muster up—that must feel good.
I live in VA, in a congressional district (#VA1) that was redrawn before 2022 election (over 50% of voters new to district) and we STILL re-elected a shmuck GOP traitor.
