Try this experiment:
Respond only to things that feel good for as long as you can. Immerse yourself in any physical pleasure, and see how long you can keep this up for, but start at like 5 minutes to really go hard. Or whatever feels right inside of you.
Think of it as your very own Unicorn Olympics Competition with yourself. Write it down, keep track of how many times you beat your record, and how in your very own Guinness Book of Unicorn Records.
