So, I have been reading Under Doctor since it came out weekly. I don't love it.

Let me step back. Under Doctor is a series about a man who is a doctor in the underworld, using his gifts at combat and finding pressure points to save people's lives. He wasn't always this way, but I digress - you can read the manga if that interests you.

I keep considering dropping it, but then it gives me poignant moments like this one that make me go, "Fine, I'll stay for now."

And this scene was so well done.

So yea, still reading it.

Shuli sees Haiji as a god and idol since he is still a boy. Yes Chiwa, being physically stronger than someone does not make you right or superior. This chapter deals with the vulnerability of life and the inevitable approach of death that even Haiji cannot stop. #underdoctor

I knew Shuli was gonna be a series regular but I didn't realize he would be studying to be Haiji's med student. It's a good development and twist. #underdoctor
