#JustinSun, a Chinese mafia connected crypto bro involved with #Tether and the biggest investor in Donald Trump's crypto project #WorldLibertyFi, is now offering a guaranteed 20% interest rate for #USDD, a "stablecoin" he created that is based on the wildly successful¹ Terra/Luna algorithmic model.

To put a 20% return in perspective for non finance people it's worth noting that most people on Wall St. would sacrifice their first born child to Satan for a guaranteed 10% return.

These "stablecoins" are a real mess. I just read at Protos that another one has lost its peg. Justin Sun's "algorithmic" stablecoin USDD has "only" 3/4 of a Billion dollars in market cap, and supposedly is worth exactly $1. Imagine a graph where a line is horizontal at the $1.00 mark, then see this.
