Temperatures have been above normal in the eastern and northern US. Parts of the Northeast have been toasty at 6 to 10 degrees above normal! Much of the West has been several degrees below normal.
Precipitation has been less than 75% of normal from the Northwest to Minnesota, in parts of the Southern Plains, the Mid-Atlantic, Florida and Southern California. Areas from California to Minnesota and Wisconsin have received precip exceeding 150% of normal.
